Tonga hold on with 13 men to beat Samoa 19-15

Tonga defeats Samoa 19-15. This upset is a great victory for Tonga as this is the first time they have beaten Samoa dating back to 2000.  Now Tonga is in second place in Pool A and will face off South Africa the current leader. Way to go Tonga!!!
